Refund policy:

A full refund will only be provided if cancellation is requested in writing before the courier is dispatched. If you cancel at the time of, or after collection has been made, then the full delivery charge will apply. Discretionary refunds may apply in the event of unreasonable delay in transit times, or sub-standard service on our part but only if these are caused due to negligence by Top Flight Couriers Ltd. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the booking date.
