Eight pieces of high value artwork needed to be sent to eight separate international destinations (High Value deliveries), including some locations with delivery restrictions.
The artwork had not been packaged. One of the pieces of artwork was a particularly urgent international delivery for a new office opening in Boston, USA.
The Customer was based abroad and had no prior experience in international delivery.

Top Flight Couriers collected all eight pieces of artwork on a dedicated vehicle and took them directly to our professional packing partner for the artwork to be appropriately packaged for air freight delivery.
We explained the international delivery process to the Customer, providing guidance with any addresses that might have delivery restrictions.
Once the artwork was packed, we securely stored the goods until the commercial invoices were finalised and the goods were ready to dispatch.
Once dispatched, we provided fully visible delivery tracking through our online tracking function, while proactively monitoring each international delivery to ensure that any customs queries while in transit were dealt with as efficiently as possible.
Upon arrival at their final destination, proof of delivery was provided to the Customer for each piece of artwork.
Within three hours of receiving the request, we had proposed the plan to collect, professionally pack and deliver to each location with detailed timings and quotations.
The artwork was collected the following day and professionally packed.
As soon as each commercial invoice was ready and approved, the artwork was dispatched the same day and sent as air freight.
All deliveries were completed within the timeframes provided and in good condition.
