The RHA conditions of carriage (please click the links below) form the basis of the contract between ourselves and by placing an order with us you confirm:-

(i) that you have reviewed and accept these conditions; and
(ii) that you will only have the right to query or raise any issues with regard to our services within 21 days of the date of the relevant invoice.
